Strategic Plan Development Consultant
We are seeking an experienced consultant to develop a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan for the Youth Initiative Foundation. The plan will guide YIF's programmatic direction, organisational growth, resource mobilisation, and long-term sustainability, providing a clear roadmap for the organisation's next chapter.
- Proven experience developing strategic plans for NGOs or civil society organisations
- Understanding of the African human rights and development landscape
- Ability to lead stakeholder consultations and synthesise findings into actionable strategy
- Strong written communication and document production skills
- CV, expected fee in GHS, and examples of previous strategic planning work required

Auditor
We are seeking a qualified auditor to conduct a financial and programmatic audit of a 6-month project. The audit will assess financial management, activities, and outcomes against agreed objectives and donor requirements, producing a clear, professional audit report.
- Professional auditing qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Experience auditing NGO or donor-funded projects in Ghana or West Africa
- Familiarity with civil society reporting and accountability frameworks
- Ability to produce a clear, well-structured audit report
- CV, expected fee in GHS, and examples of previous audit engagements or reports required
